Its been a long time, really miss those good old school days where BBQ at chalets is a norm. I am still all excited about BBQ but not Johnny. He thinks its so much hassle, its troublesome and hot and tiring...We had a lot of fun last week at Aloha Changi chalet with some friends. The chalet was a bit old. It has 4 bedrooms but our friends all decided to squeeze inside 2 rooms. Mmm... those were the days where we used to find some chalets "spooky" and love to tell ghost stories when we stayed overnight. Anyway, good thing that we booked that chalet which is away from the rest of the chalets, we are a bunch of very noisy people. We made so much noise at night but need not worry about disturbing the neighbours.
There was too much food for the BBQ as usual. But the food was good. Johnny even went all out to go Geylang to buy durians for all to eat. The kids (Ernest & Kyrene) went around shooting the adults with water guns. LT, too bad you can't join us, I think it was a lot of fun.
